What Seek Ye?

What seek ye? 2023-01-21 John 1

The witness I heard that talked of the Light.
Which came to this world from which came the spark.
This Light was that Word from celestial height.
The teacher to bring us out of the dark.

Come my brother I have seen, I have heard
The Man he's called Jesus, Messiah he is.
You'll want to stay with him. It's much preferred.
Heaven will open and he's such the whiz.

Yep it's him in all fullness gained by grace.
See the Father declare him in his place.

Wax Strong

 Wax Strong 2023-01-20   Matt2 Luke2

Prophetic promises have now appeared.
Read the scriptures and look for the sign.
A vision or a dream just might seem weird.
Yet it can also show you truth divine.

The Birth, The Visit, all prophecies seen
Mary took note and remembered it all.
She taught him to be inclined, not unclean.
He then followed 'til he answered the call.

Wisdom He gained as he grew grace to grace
Christ learned it all at a higher pace.

Promised encounter that will thrills.
For one who heard it still fulfills.
Serve in the temple til the day
Saving and solace will display.

For born that day in one accord,
Our Savior, which is Christ the Lord.
Many sought him through the ages
We still seek him through the pages.

Giving Hope To All

Poem Giving Hope to All 2023-01-21

Being told that you'd help bring a new life.
The Savior, Emmanuel, Who can you tell?
your cousin, even if your not a wife.
Blessed be me for this, who could fortell?

A visit from my cousin, I shall agree
A blessing she is, never to be undone.
So young and humble to be called as she.
Only to magnify the Lord, Mother like son.

Both be blessed through all generation
Hope, mercy and strength to the great nation.

Allow me my friend to illuminate your mind
for many eye did see, foot followed and aligned
hearts praying for prophecies divining
Dayspring appearing to enlighten by shining
Blessed is she glorified through all generation
Giving hope, mercy and strength to the great Nation.

Allow me my friend, Theophilus, to illuminate your mind
for many eye did see, foot did follow and others became aligned

Blessed is she glorifying Adonai through all generation
Giving hope, showing mercy and strengthing the great Nation

Seek the Sower of the Word

Poem Seek the sower of the word 2023-01-01   Introduction to the New Testament

A sower of the word spoke to my face.
Was given to me as if I was there.
There are seeds that are thrown in every place.
You'll find them on the ground or in the air.

With a destiny to grow big and strong,
Beware for the hungry fowls will steal them.
Help and nourish, even sing it in song.
Allow the roots to grow and reach each stem.

This fruit will multiply one hundred fold
and Yes it is well worth its weight in gold.

Previous Poem   2019-01-06  Sower of the Word

A sower am I said he
Seeds go every where to be.
Be aware at the top of trees
Fowls await to eat two or three.
A seed can grow but if no root
Will be stolen by a brute.
A seed choked will not be fruitful
Thorns and weeds are not truthful.
Good ground seek forth and nurture strong
Fruit I seek and it isn't wrong.
This fruit will multiply one hundred fold
and it is well worth its weight in gold.
